Official Rules

• Play every day at any of the following Southern California JC Golf courses: Encinitas Ranch, Oaks North, Rancho Bernardo Inn, Reidy Creek, Temecula Creek Inn and Twin Oaks for 365 consecutive days
• Courses may be added and removed during the applicable contest period or during the redemption period of the winner.
• July 19,2010 - July 18,2011
• Must play 18 holes each day
• Only exception is if the course they wish to play is closed. If course is closed, participants must go to the course and check-in at the golf shop.
• Must save receipts
• Must enter daily score into handicap computer, or save scorecards signed by an employee in the golf shop
• Must check-in with photo 10 before every round
• If more than one participant plays 365 consecutive days, there will be an 18-hole tournament held on July 19, 2011, at a course of JC Golf's choosing.
• The tournament winner (based on lowest net score) will win one free round of golf daily from July 20, 2011 - July 19, 2016, to be played at any JC Golf course. ($60,000 value)
• Any golfer(s) who plays for 365 consecutive days, but does not win the tournament, wins one free round of golf daily from July 19, 2011 - July 18, 2012, to be played at any JC Golf course. ($12,000 value)
• The free rounds rewarded are redeemable at any JC property regardless of where the contest rounds are played, are nontransferable and may not be sold or exchanged for other goods and services.
• JC Resorts reserves the right to remove participating courses from the program. If this occurs after the end of the contest and during redemption, rounds for a comparable golf course, as determined by JC Resorts, will be substituted.
• All golfers who play 365 consecutive days will win a set of golf clubs from TaylorMade and a custom-fitting at the TaylorMade Kingdom in Carlsbad, California. ($5,000 value)
• Additional prizes will be awarded during the course of the contest. After a participant plays:
  • 10 consecutive days
    Taylormade golf cap with Golf365 logo ($25 value)
  • 50 consecutive days
    Five Gloves & Five Dozen Golf Balls as provided by Taylormade ($300 value)
  • 100 consecutive days
    Getaway for 2 to Rancho Bernardo Inn including 2 signature massages ($400 value)
  • 150 consecutive days
    Pair of adidas shoes and 5 Dozen Golf Balls as provided by Taylormade ($400 value)
  • 200 consecutive days
    Taylormade/Adidas Outfit (shoes, socks, pants, shirt, jacket, hat, glove) ($500 value)
  • 250 consecutive days
    Getaway for 2 to Temecula Creek Inn including a VIP Tour at Leonesse Cellars ($700 value)
  • 300 consecutive days
    Signed memorabilia by TaylorMade PGA Tour Professionals and aTaylorMade golf bag with participant's name on it ($800 value)
• Prizes will be distributed at atime and place of JC Golf's choosing, after verifying eligibility.
• Participants must comply with all rules and regulations established by each JC Course. Failure to comply, conduct unbecoming, or behavior that negatively impacts the enjoyment of other guests or participants shall result in disqualification from the contest.
• JC employees are not eligible to participate in Golf 365.
• Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
• JC Golf is permitted to use participants' names, photos, etc. for advertising and promotions.
