For the Signature Card, the anytime coupon rounds are valid every day of the week, including JC Golf holidays, at all JC Golf courses.

Can I upgrade from a weekday to an anytime card?

Yes, current cardholders can upgrade for a minimal fee. All booklets and coupons must be returned unused and intact.

Can I still redeem a bonus coupon if it is removed from the bonus book?

Accepted Answer

The bonus coupons in the bonus booklet are all subject to change. Once a bonus coupon is removed, it is no longer valid or available for redemption. As noted in the inside cover of the booklet, ‘prices and benefits offered to cardholders are subject to change during the membership year, with or without prior notice to cardholders’.

While active JC Players are able to book 8 days in advance, tee time availability is not guaranteed. Tee times at particular courses can be in high demand so reservations are not guaranteed. JC Players are encouraged to play all courses participating in the JC Players Card program.

When do the additional bonus round coupons expire and do they include cart?

For cards purchased after March 2019 – Bonus Pack coupons include Welk Resorts San Diego and Reidy Creek Golf Course. The coupons have expiration dates on the backside of coupons. These two Bonus Complimentary Green Fees do not include a cart. Bonus round coupons are subject to change.

Can round coupons at executive courses be redeemed as a 2-for-1 coupon?

Yes, as a JC Player you can redeem one of your booklet coupons for two rounds and your guest does not need to be a JC Player. This offer is valid at Welk Resort, Oaks North, and Reidy Creek. The special offer may not be combined with any other discounts; is valid after 10:30 am at Oaks North Golf Course; is not valid for group or tournament play; and excludes JC designated holidays unless otherwise noted.

Does the 2-for-1 round special at executive golf courses include cart?

Yes, the 2-for-1 round special includes a free cart so two play with one coupon as long as there is a current JC Player cardholder in the group. Validity:

Weekday Cardholders: Valid Monday – Friday any time. Not valid Saturday-Sunday.
Anytime Cardholders: Valid every day. At Oaks North, valid after 10:30 am Saturday-Sunday. 
Not valid for group or tournament play or on JC Golf designated holidays.

As a current JC Player cardholder, you may play 1 round of golf at the JC Golf course of your choice on the exact day of your birthday. If it is raining the day of my birthday, can I get a raincheck and use my birthday round another day?

According to the JC Player Card Terms and Conditions of the JC Player Card Program, JC Resorts only accepts your free Birthday Round on your exact Birthday with proof of valid ID. Birthday rain checks are only valid if course is closed due to inclement weather and the player is at the golf course attempting to play or finish their round.

If you refer a friend that becomes a JC Player Cardholder and they have never been one before, you will receive a free round of golf valid any time at any one of our participating courses; cart included. Non-transferrable or valid for tournament play.

When you become a Weekday or Anytime JC Players Cardholder, the first 5 round coupons you receive more than pays for the membership. Thereafter, as a JC Players cardholder, you receive the lowest available rate.

When can I use my JC Players Card guest passes to extend the lowest rate to my guests?

Any day of the week as long as the guest is with you and your JC Players Card is valid. However, the passes are not valid for group or tournament play, nor can they be combined with other discounts or offers. Up to three passes may be used at one time and all guests must register at the golf shop to receive a discount.

Yes, you can use your new JC Players card on the day of purchase. You should receive your JC Players Card the day of purchase, but if you do not, any JC Golf course can print or reprint it for you.

The resident player whose Tee Time Confirmation was used to make the tee time MUST be present to check-in with valid ID. If not, none of the players in the group may use the tee time.
Non-residents (AND residents WITHOUT residency verification) will be required to use a credit card to make a tee time reservation. The automated reservation system will immediately apply a non-refundable charge for ALL green fees.

What if I cannot make my tee time that I made for me and non-resident players?

Yes, dependent children of a verified resident that are under the age of 18 may qualify for the advance booking and discounted rate. Parent must be present at check-in and show a valid ID.
JC Juniors would not receive the JC Junior rate; they would receive the resident rate.

Go to the Encinitas Ranch Tee Time Booking page on jcgolf.com. Under Encinitas Residents, click BOOK A TEE TIME.
Click Verify with ID.me and follow the prompts to verify your residency.
Choose a verification method and continue to follow the instructions.
ID.me will do an Identity Verification – the methods used are Telecom, DL, Passport, Passport Card. Second, you will prove your residency and ID.me would then tie that credential to your verified identity – the methods used are: S. State Driver’s License, Insurance Document for Home/Vehicle/Rental, Property Deed/Title, Rental Lease Agreement, Property Tax Bill, Utility Bill.

If you cannot remember the password, click Forgot Password. An email will be sent to reset the password. Follow the instructions to reset.

For Upcoming Reservations, you can cancel or modify the booking.

How do I see tee times for multiple courses?

First, enter your course of choice’s tee time booking page and sign in.
Click on the Select Course drop-down menu on the top left side of the screen.

If you have entered through a championship-level golf course, check off one or all of the listed courses, and tee times will appear for the championship courses. (De-click on the page to activate the aggregate view. It may take a minute to load.)
If you have entered through an executive-level golf course, check off one or all and tee times will appear for the executive courses. (De-click on the page to activate the aggregate view. It may take a minute to load.)

To choose different dates, click the right or left arrow on both sides of the date or click the date or calendar icon for more options.
Choose tee time and proceed to finalize the reservation.
Using this feature, you only need to sign in one time to make tee times at the other courses.

Will I be charged at the time I make a reservation online?

No, check-in and payment will be made at the pro shop counter when you arrive for your tee time.

How do I book a tee time online?

To book online, go to jcgolf.com. Click Book Tee Time in the navigation. Click course; each course has its own Tee Time Booking page with various player types. Choose Player type and click “Book Tee Time”. Set up an account and login.
If you are a new player or do not know which email to use, enter an email address, click NEXT, proceed to the next page, and request a password reset. An email from CPS will be sent to reset the password.
A Facebook or Google account can be used to log in too. This feature is not available for JC Players as they require the email provided on their JC Player application.

Does JC Golf have a tee time reservations app?

Yes, the JC Golf app is available in the Apple or Android App Store to download. It is free to download. Both the Apple and Android apps are made by Gallus Golf.

Where do I find course notifications on the app?

In the lower right corner, a Course Note may appear. This is used for course notifications such as aerification. Click the Course Note button to read the notification. If multiple courses are chosen, course notes from each will appear. Scroll right and left through the notes to read all notifications.

Where do I find the first-time download offer on the app?

The Offer Locker is where first-time download guests receive the $5 off merchandise or golf balls in the pro shop (cannot be used on rounds). Enter you name and email to be sent your Offer. Present the offer on your mobile device to the pro shop staff to redeem. You will be asked to click redeem and the staff will apply your discount.

The pro shop will finalize check-in and payment. JC Players and JC 20/30 Cardholders are required to show their ID at check-in.

Can I log in with my Google or Facebook account?

Accepted Answer

Yes, for SoCal and Public players, accounts can be created with Facebook and Google accounts. This is not activated for JC Players. JCPs must use the email address associated with their JCP application.

Why isn’t the system recognizing my account?

If multiple emails are on file, the system may not connect correctly. Speak with a golf shop team member to review your account and choose the correct email address. If you need to reset your password, request a password reset and an email will be sent separately with instructions.

How do I book a tee time on the JC Golf app?

On the app’s home screen, click Book Tee Times. Choose course - this will link you to the online booking engine. Choose date. Choose the number of Players. View available tee times. Choose tee time. Proceed to sign-in.
Once you are logged into the online booking engine, you will be able to switch to various courses in their set for available tee times, view different dates, view past and prior reservations, and make changes to your tee times.
If you do not remember which email is associated with your account, ask a pro shop personnel or email jcgolf@jcresorts.com for assistance. If you do not remember your password, click reset password.

If I am a JC Player, will the app recognize my account?

Yes, once you have downloaded the app, proceed with the account set up. Click the person icon in top right for account settings. Be sure to use the email address provided on your JC Player application. Use the password associated with your email or click Reset Password to change and gain access. A separate email from CPS will be sent with instructions on resetting the password.
If you do not remember which email is associated with your account, ask a pro shop personnel or email jcgolf@jcresorts.com for assistance.
Note, if the system does not recognize your email, it will automatically assign the Public players class.
