  1. Purchase a new digital JC Players Card at the counter or in the JC Golf app.
  2. Log into the app using the same email associated with your JC Players Card. This ensures your rounds and rewards, including your TP5 Thank You gift, are visible in your account.
  3. At a participating golf shop, open the JC Golf app. Navigate to your JC Players Card and click View Rewards. Scroll to TaylorMade TP5 Golf Balls Gift and show the screen to our staff at the counter. They will redeem and provide your gift.
