The JC Junior Tour kicks-off at Oaks North Golf Course on Sunday, September 17 and scheduled tournaments will be taking place at six golf courses over seven weeks.

The JC Junior Tour is a developmental tour for junior golfers to improve skills, gain experience in tournament golf, meet new friends and chance to win prizes. The tour takes place at seven golf courses over seven weeks.

With the summer season in full swing, now is a great time to visit a new golf course, enroll the kids in summer camp, and participate in a summer tournament this year. Check out the exciting events taking place this summer at various JC Golf courses including Glen Ivy, The Welk, Oaks North, Los Serranos, The Crossings, and Encinitas Ranch.

Encinitas Ranch Golf Course is the proud recipient of the 2023 Regional Course of the Year award by the National Golf Course Owners Association for the country’s West Region. 

This past weekend marked the kickoff of the JC Junior Tour 2022 at the Welk Resort. Junior golfers between the ages of 10 and 17 participate in the Annual Fall Tour at JC Golf Courses in the San Diego area, where they improve their skills, make new friends, and have the chance to win a year's worth of free golf.

JC Golf recently announced that PGA Professional Steve Lyons has accepted the position of Director of Golf at The Crossings at Carlsbad. Starting off with his role as an Outside Service Attendant at Twin Oaks Golf Course, Steve worked hard towards his goal to move up the JC Golf ladder for 8 years.

By way of background, Shadow Lakes Golf Club was originally built in 2001 and operated as a public daily fee eighteen-hole golf course, driving range, and clubhouse facility.
