The JC Players Card program was designed to provide golfers with a simple, low-cost way to access the best available rates year-round. Because memberships automatically renew now, the program is intended for single, individual use rather than multiple memberships under one account.

Yes. Memberships may still be purchased at participating JC Golf facilities. However, app activation will still be required to access digital rewards. All rewards are viewed and redeemed from the app. 

Yes, you can purchase the card at participating JC Golf Course and use all of your five rounds at the participating courses. However, the other (non-golf round) rewards would require you to download and use the app. 

1. If your membership was purchased at one of our golf courses, please return to that property. The staff can process a refund using the original form of payment and assist you with purchasing the membership option of your choice.

2. If your membership was purchased through the app, please go to www.jcgolf.com/. or click the link to complete the request: www.jcgolf.com/jcp-upgrades-refunds-form. Our corporate team will review and process your upgrade request.

Digital memberships automatically renew in the app 365 days from the original purchase date.

If you purchased your membership in person at a JC Golf facility, you may receive a prompt within the app requesting a credit card to enable automatic renewal.

You will receive notification prior to renewal.

There is no longer a need to carry paper booklets or coupons. Any included rounds of golf are stored digitally within your membership and can be redeemed directly in the golf shop with assistance from our staff.

Please note: only newly purchased digital memberships include digital rounds associated with the app.

Current JC Players Cardholders may continue using remaining paper coupons through May 31, 2028.

In the JC Golf App:

1. On the home screen, tap the card graphic in the upper-right corner.

2. Scroll to the bottom and select VIEW REWARDS
3. Choose the reward you would like to redeem and tap to activate it
4. Show the screen to a staff member and they will click REDEEM NOW at checkout

Electronic gifting will be available in an upcoming app release.

Until then, we recommend purchasing a course gift card at the facility where the recipient is most likely to play. Gift cards can be redeemed for rounds of golf, merchandise, dining, and services.

Please contact or visit any participating JC Golf course. A Golf Shop team member can assist with merging your accounts.

You will need to confirm which email/account you would like to keep as your primary account.

If you requested a password reset, check junk and clutter folders for email.

To view your rewards and membership benefits, you must log into the JC Golf App using the same email address associated with your membership purchase. Your email address serves as your unique membership identifier.

If you purchased a paper booklet package prior to June 1st, your rounds do not sync with the app. Next time you purchase a card in the app, your new rounds will sync and be visible in the app.

From the app homepage:

1. Tap the card graphic in the upper-right corner

2. Open your digital JC Players Card

3. Tap the barcode section to view the benefits of your card. Your expiration date will be displayed under the barcode.

No. Your digital JC Players Card within the app serves as your active membership credential.

Simply download the JC Golf App on your new device and log in using your existing account email and password.

Yes. Once your purchase is completed, your membership benefits, rewards, and eligible rounds will be available immediately within the app.

Yes. Automatic renewal settings can be managed through your account settings.

If your payment method expires or fails, the app may prompt you to update your billing information to maintain uninterrupted membership acces

No. JC Players Card memberships are intended for individual use only and are non-transferable. The only time this is permissible is in a domestic partnership with two current JC Players playing together.

Yes. The JC Golf App is free to download on both Apple and Android devices.

Not to use one of your five included rounds of golf. Otherwise, an internet connection is recommended when accessing rewards, redeeming offers, or managing your membership.

All participating JC Golf facilities and our preferred partners will honor the digital JC Players Card through the app. Refer to the JC Golf website for participating golf courses.

Unused paper coupons and rounds will expire after May 31, 2028, and will no longer be accepted after that date.

This is not activated for JC Players. JC Players must use the email address associated with their account and login under settings in the app.

During the purchase process in the app, enter the referring member’s full name and email address.

Once your referral round has been approved, it will appear in the Rewards section of your digital membership. If you have any questions, you can submit your inquiry details through the Contact Us form.

Yes, as a JC Player you can redeem one of your rounds of golf for two rounds including cart and your guest does not need to be a JC Player at executive courses only. The special offer may not be combined with any other discounts.

Weekday Cardholders: Valid Monday - Friday any time. Not valid Saturday-Sunday.

Anytime Cardholders: Valid every day. At Oaks North, valid after 10:30 am Saturday-Sunday.

Not valid for group or tournament play or on JC Golf designated holidays.

No, not at this time, but we are working toward providing this as a benefit in the future.

According to the Terms and Conditions of the JC Players Card Program: Returns are permissible within 30 days of purchase, and all five rounds remain unused. If rounds are redeemed, returns are not permissible.
