WHEN AND WHERE ARE THE CLASSIC ANYTIME CARD'S ROUND COUPONS VALID?
No, if you purchase a Classic Weekday Card, two (2) of the rounds are valid at all JC Golf courses and three (3) are valid at all JC Golf courses except The Crossings at Carlsbad, Encinitas Ranch Golf Course, The Golf Club of California, and Rancho Bernardo Inn Golf Course.
WHEN AND WHERE ARE THE CLASSIC ANYTIME CARD'S ROUND COUPONS VALID?
For the Classic Anytime Card, the anytime round coupons are valid every day of the week, including JC Golf holidays. Two (2) of the round coupons are valid at all JC Golf courses and three (3) are valid at all JC Golf courses except Cross Creek, The Crossings at Carlsbad, Encinitas Ranch Golf Course, Glen Ivy, The Golf Club of California, and Rancho Bernardo Inn Golf Course.
For the Signature Card, the anytime coupon rounds are valid every day of the week, including JC Golf holidays, at all JC Golf courses.
CAN I USE ALL MY ROUND COUPONS AT ENCINITAS RANCH, THE CROSSINGS, THE GOLF CLUB OF CALIFORNIA, OR RANCHO BERNARDO INN?
Yes, if you purchase a Signature Card, you may use your weekday or anytime round coupons at any participating JC Golf Course. JC Players are encouraged to play all courses participating in the JC Players Card program.
DO THE ROUND COUPONS INCLUDE A CART?
Yes, a cart is included, however, round coupons are not valid for group or tournament play.
CAN I USE MY ROUND COUPONS AT MISSION HILLS NORTH – GARY PLAYER SIGNATURE COURSE IN RANCHO MIRAGE?
No, rounds coupons are not accepted at Mission Hills North – Gary Player Signature Course in Rancho Mirage, California. JC Players do receive the low JC Players rate and can book a tee time directly from the course website.
DO WEEKDAY CARDS INCLUDE HOLIDAYS?
No, only anytime cards include holidays.
ARE THERE BLACKOUT DATES OR DATE RESTRICTIONS FOR THE ANYTIME CARD?
No, the anytime card has no date restrictions.
WHERE CAN I FIND THE LIST OF JC GOLF HOLIDAY RATES AND SCHEDULE?
Holiday rates will apply for certain designated JC Golf holidays as published here. These dates are subject to change during the membership year, with or without prior notice.
I HAVE A WEEKDAY CARD. CAN THE ROUND COUPONS BE USED ON COURSE HOLIDAYS?
Weekday cardholders cannot redeem rounds coupons on holiday dates. Anytime cardholders can redeem rounds coupons on holiday dates. Choose an Anytime Card to avoid holiday blackout dates.
ONCE I HAVE USED ALL MY ROUND COUPONS, CAN I RENEW EARLY?
Yes, rounds coupons can be purchased early; however, bonus packs are only distributed once per year.
CAN I UPGRADE FROM A WEEKDAY TO AN ANYTIME CARD?
Yes, current cardholders can upgrade for a minimal fee. All booklets and coupons must be returned unused and intact.
WILL I BE GUARANTEED TEE TIMES WHEN I BOOK AS A JC PLAYER?
While active JC Players are able to book 8 days in advance, tee time availability is not guaranteed. Tee times at particular courses can be in high demand so reservations are not guaranteed. JC Players are encouraged to play all courses participating in the JC Players Card program.
WHEN I PURCHASE A JC PLAYER CARD CAN I USE IT RIGHT AWAY? (OR SHOULD I WAIT UNTIL I GET THE PLASTIC CARD?)
Yes, you can use your new JC Players card on the day of purchase. You should receive your JC Players Card the day of purchase, but if you do not, any JC Golf course can print or reprint it for you.
I WILL BE MOVING OUT OF THE SAN DIEGO AREA, CAN I GIVE MY JC BOOKLETS TO MY BROTHER?
According to the Terms and Conditions of the JC Players Card Program: cards and coupons are non-transferable and may not be given to, sold to, or exchanged for other goods and services.
WHEN CAN I USE MY JC PLAYERS CARD GUEST PASSES TO EXTEND THE LOWEST RATE TO MY GUESTS?
Any day of the week as long as the guest is with you and your JC Players Card is valid. However, the passes are not valid for group or tournament play, nor can they be combined with other discounts or offers. Up to three passes may be used at one time and all guests must register at the golf shop to receive a discount.
Do JC Players receive the same rate as Public Players?
No, JC Players receive a lower rate than public player types. For assistance and comparisons, please reach out to your local golf shop for the current rates.
Does the JC Players program include free access to the driving range and with balls included?
With the purchase of a JC Players card, you receive the JC Players Driving Range Benefit which includes a coupon for a $50 savings on a $100 range fob purchase. This $50 value is available at courses with driving range facilities.
What are the green fees when using a JC Players Card?
The current green fees are available for each course’s JC Player tee sheet or reservations page. To browse the courses’ up-to-date green fees, visit the reservations link. Choose the course and JC Players under ‘Select A Rate’.
HOW DO I BOOK TEE TIMES ONLINE USING MY JC PLAYERS CARD WITHOUT GETTING CHARGED THE FULL GREEN FEE RATES?
When you are booking a Tee Time online or in-app, follow the complete booking process. When you arrive at the course with your JC Player’s card and a valid ID, you will be charged the applicable rates.
I have been trying to recover my password but it says there are multiple accounts with the same email address. Could you help fix my account?
Yes, we can fix this in your account and/or assist with a password reset. Please fill out the CONTACT US form and a specialist will reach out, or speak to a golf shop staff member.
HOW DO I UPDATE MY CONTACT INFORMATION?
If your email address is going away, and you want to submit a new one, please visit www.jcgolf.com scroll to the bottom of the page, click “Contact Us” and send us your updated information. We will update your customer profile within 48 hours, or you may visit any JC Golf pro shop and update it in-person.
WHEN DOES MY CARD EXPIRE?
Membership is valid for one year after the application is processed and is annually renewable. Present a valid form of ID at check-in.
HOW DO I MANAGE TEE TIME RESERVATIONS ONLINE?
Visit the App How-To section or sign into the tee time booking page. Click your name at the top right corner of the screen; this is where the sign-in button will be if you are not signed in. Under your name in the drop-down menu, click Reservations to view reservations made on your account. On the Reservations screen, click to expand the tee times and see more details. For Upcoming Reservations, you can cancel or modify the booking.
WHEN I TRY TO BOOK A TEE TIME, WHY DO I NOT SEE 8 DAYS ADVANCED RESERVATIONS?
It is possible the account information is not correctly set up and/or multiple emails are entered in the account. It is important for each member to use the same email address from which the account was created. For assistance, please fill out the CONTACT US form and a specialist will reach out, or speak to a golf shop staff member.
WHEN I SET UP THE JC GOLF APP, WHY DOES IT NOT RECOGNIZE ME AS A JC PLAYER?
If multiple emails are on file, the system may not connect correctly. Choose the email associated with your JC Players account. For assistance, speak with a golf shop team member to review your account. If you need to reset your password, request a password reset and an email will be sent separately with instructions.
WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?
According to the Terms and Conditions of the JC Players Card Program: JC Golf’s cancellation policy is 30 days after purchase for a full refund.
IF I REFER A FRIEND AND HE SIGNS UP FOR THE JC PLAYERS CARD HOW DO I GET A FREE ROUND?
Your referral bonus round is allocated to the customer profile in our system and you will receive an email letting you know it has been allocated. Please remind your friend to add your name to the referred by section of their JC Player Card Application.
HOW MANY FRIENDS CAN I REFER?
Refer as many friends as you would like and keep getting your Referral Bonus benefit, its unlimited!
HOW CAN WE PLAY FOR FREE EVERY DAY?
If you refer a friend that becomes a JC Player Cardholder and they have never been one before, you will receive a free round of golf valid any time at any one of our participating courses; cart included. Non-transferrable or valid for tournament play.
CAN I REALLY USE THE REFERRAL ROUND ANY TIME AND AT ANY JC GOLF COURSE?
Yes, the referral rounds are redeemable at any time, including JC Golf’s designated holidays and at all participating JC Golf properties.
AS I PURCHASE A NEW CARD, HOW DO I RECEIVE A REFERRAL ROUND?
At the time of your first-time JC Players Card purchase, add your friend’s full name to the “Referred By Section” of the JC Player application OR inform the golf shop counter staff at time of purchase. This information must be provided at time of purchase.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE MY BOOKLETS? DO YOU REPLACE LOST BOOKLETS?
According to JC Players Card Terms & Conditions; JC Resorts is not responsible for lost or damaged JC Players Card coupons or Preferred Partner coupons and will not provide replacement coupons.
I WILL BE HAVING SURGERY AND UNABLE TO PLAY GOLF. CAN I SUSPEND MY CARD?

WHAT IF MY CLUBS ARE STOLEN AND ALL MY JC PLAYER CARD BOOKLETS ARE IN MY BAG?

WHEN I PURCHASED MY CARD, IT INCLUDED A COUPON FOR 5 RANGE BALLS. CAN I STILL REDEEM?
For purchases prior to August 1, 2024, you can redeem your driving range coupons in the Bonus Pack until your current membership expires or 12/31/25.
HOW DO I USE MY 15% MERCHANDISE DISCOUNT?
Redeem your 15% off coupon at any JC Golf Course and the discount will be taken off the manufacturer’s suggested retail price of a single golf club. The offer may not be combined with any other discounts, is non-transferable, and expires one year after the date of purchase.
HOW DOES THE JC PLAYER SAVE UP TO 53% ON GREEN FEES YEAR-ROUND AT JC GOLF COURSES?
When you become a Weekday or Anytime JC Players Cardholder, the first 5 round coupons you receive more than pays for the membership. Thereafter, as a JC Players cardholder, you receive the lowest available rate.
CAN I USE MY ROUND COUPONS AT LOS SERRANOS GOLF CLUB?
JC Players can play Los Serranos Golf Club and receive the Los Serranos Players Card rate and can also redeem their JC Players Card round coupons. To receive this benefit, it is required to show current JC Players Card, Round Coupon, and valid photo ID at check-in. Book tee times online HERE.
CAN ROUND COUPONS AT EXECUTIVE COURSES BE REDEEMED AS A 2-FOR-1 COUPON?
Yes, as a JC Player you can redeem one of your booklet coupons for two rounds and your guest does not need to be a JC Player. This offer is valid at Welk Resort and Oaks North. The special offer may not be combined with any other discounts; is valid after 10:30 am at Oaks North Golf Course; is not valid for group or tournament play; and excludes JC designated holidays unless otherwise noted.
DOES THE 2-FOR-1 ROUND SPECIAL AT EXECUTIVE GOLF COURSES INCLUDE CART?
Yes, the 2-for-1 round special includes a free cart so two play with one coupon as long as there is a current JC Player cardholder in the group. Validity:
- Weekday Cardholders: Valid Monday – Friday any time. Not valid Saturday-Sunday.
- Anytime Cardholders: Valid every day. At Oaks North, valid after 10:30 am Saturday-Sunday.
- Not valid for group or tournament play or on JC Golf designated holidays.
WHEN DO THE ADDITIONAL BONUS ROUND COUPONS EXPIRE AND DO THEY INCLUDE CART?
For cards purchased after March 2019 – Bonus Pack coupons include Welk Resorts San Diego and Reidy Creek Golf Course. The coupons have expiration dates on the backside of coupons. These two Bonus Complimentary Green Fees do not include a cart. Bonus round coupons are subject to change.
HOW DO I BOOK MY BONUS ROUND COUPON?
Book online at www.jcgolf.com, at any of JC Golf Courses, call Central Reservations at (858) 675-8470, or book on any of the course’s mobile apps. Bonus round coupons are subject to change.
Are JC Golf courses dog friendly?
With the exception of service dogs, dogs and pets are not allowed on the golf courses, golf cart, pro shop, or food and beverage outlets.
CAN I STILL REDEEM A BONUS COUPON IF IT IS REMOVED FROM THE BONUS BOOK?
The bonus coupons in the bonus booklet are all subject to change. Once a bonus coupon is removed, it is no longer valid or available for redemption. As noted in the inside cover of the booklet, ‘prices and benefits offered to cardholders are subject to change during the membership year, with or without prior notice to cardholders’.
I HAVE A BONUS ROUND COUPON IN MY BONUS PACK FOR REIDY CREEK GOLF COURSE BUT DO NOT SEE THE COURSE LISTED ON THE JC GOLF WEBSITE. CAN I STILL REDEEM?
As stated in the terms and conditions, the courses in the JC Players Card program are subject to change. As of October 1, 2022, Reidy Creek Golf Course is no longer managed by JC Golf for the City of Escondido therefore is no longer included in the JC Players Card program. If you have not redeemed your Reidy Creek Complimentary Green Fee round, you can still redeem it at The Oaks course at The Welk in Escondido until Thursday, December 15, 2022.
The Oaks golf course is a 62 executive course located within The Welk resort property located at 8860 Lawrence Welk Dr., Escondido, CA 92026. For questions and tee times please call the pro shop at 760-749-3225.
I purchased a JC 20/30 Club membership; do I receive a plastic card?
No, plastic cards are not distributed.
To show proof of membership, show a valid photo ID at the golf shop counter and your information will
be pulled up and verified.
When I purchase a JC 20/30 Club membership can I use it right away?
Yes, when you purchase in a golf shop, you can use your new membership on the day of purchase. For
online orders, allow up to 7 days to be processed.
When does my card expire?
Membership is valid for one year after the application is processed and is annually renewable until your
30th birthday. Membership is no longer valid after the 30th birthday. Present a valid form of ID at check-
in.
Are the JC 20/30 Club rates available on JC Golf holidays?
JC 20/30 Club rates are not valid on JC Golf designated holidays or for group or tournament play. Holiday
rates will apply for certain designated JC Golf holidays as published at https://www.jcgolf.com/specialty-
schedules/holiday-schedule. These dates are subject to change during the membership year, with or
without prior notice.
Do you have a referral bonus program?
Yes, for each friend who references you on their new member registration form, you receive a 2-for-1
bonus round on your account. To refer a friend, mention the referral to the counter staff representative
at the time of purchase or send a message in our CONTACT US form.
Terms & Conditions: 2-for-1 Green Fee Coupon is valid for redemption during official JC 20/30 Club tee
times at participating courses. 2-for-1 Green Fee Coupon includes cart at Executive Courses; an
additional cart fee is required at championship courses.
If I refer a friend and they sign up for the JC 20/30 Club Card, how do I get a free 2-for-1 bonus round?
A referral bonus round can be allocated to your customer profile in our system IF a friend refers you at
the point they purchase a new card (for new customers only). For in-shop orders, remind your friend to
provide your name as the referring member to the counter staff. For online orders, add the referring
member’s name by filling out the CONTACT US form.

Are carts included in the rate?
A cart fee is not included and is required at all participating championship courses: Cross Creek Golf

Rancho Bernardo Inn, Twin Oaks, and The Golf Club of California.
Carts are optional at Oaks North Golf Course and The Welk.
What is the cancellation policy for purchasing the JC 20/30 Club membership?
JC Resorts cancellation policy is 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. Visit or contact the
golf course where you purchased the membership with credit card you used and they can process the

When and where is the JC 20/30 Club valid?

Can I use my card at a JC Golf managed course outside of the JC 20/30 Club?
No, the JC 20/30 Club rate is only available at participating JC 20/30 Club courses.
If I want to play at times outside of the JC 20/30 Club card restrictions, do I receive a special rate?
Yes, for tee times outside of the JC 20/30 tee times, receive the JC Players Card rate.
How do I book online as a JC 20/30 Club member?
To book online, go to jcgolf.com. Click Book Tee Time in the navigation. Click a course. Click your player
type - JC 20/30 Club. You will be linked to a screen with two options: Executive Courses or Champion
Courses. All tee times available to JC 20/30 Club members will be displayed. To receive the JC 20/30 Club
rate, proof of membership will be required at the time of check-in. VERY IMPORTANT - Use the email
address provided on your Club application.
When I book a tee time online, am I charged the full green fee rates?
No, a credit card is required when you book a tee time but not charged until check-in. When you arrive
at the course, show your valid photo ID at check-in and you will be charged the applicable rates.
Will I be guaranteed tee times when I book as a JC 20/30 Club member?
Tee time availability is not guaranteed. Tee times at particular courses can be in high demand so
reservations are not guaranteed. For up-to-the-minute availability, review tee times online at
championship courses or executive courses, or ask a counter staff representative to assist with finding a
tee time.
Do any courses provide lessons for JC 20/30 Club members?
Most courses have lesson programs available by local golf instructors. To inquire, ask the golf shop staff
or fill out the CONTACT US form.
How do I update my contact information?
If your email address is changing, (1) send us your new information in the CONTACT US form. We will
update your customer profile within 7 days. (2) Visit any JC Golf pro shop and update it in-person. (3)
Log into your JC 20/30 Club account from any course tee sheet and update your profile.
How do I purchase the card online?

I registered for the JC 20/30 Club but cannot log into the account or see tee times. How do I fix?

How do I follow JC Golf on social media?
How do I learn more about keeping the correct pace-of-play at each golf course?
This is an important question, and each golf course encourages all golfers to abide by their pace-of-play
guidelines. The course will state the guidelines in the tee time confirmation email and will have on
display at the starter location. Please ask the starter or golf shop staff for more information.
At some locations, a course attendant will monitor pace-of-play and encourage golfers to keep pace.

Which courses are the most fun and have the best holes to play?
Each course has at least one signature hole that can be fun, exciting and challenging. To preview the
signature holes at JC Golf courses, visit our Signature Hole Series Videos.
Do you have GPS on the golf carts and USB ports for plugging in my phone?
Some course golf carts come fully equipped with GPS and charging ports for mobile phones. Before
arriving, inquire with the golf shop for details.
What if I need balls, gloves and tees when I arrive for my tee time?
Our golf shops are supplied with the latest golf gear including balls, gloves, socks, hats, tees and ball
markers. Our staff is happy to help find the right equipment for your golf game.
What is the dress code for playing JC Golf courses?
It is recommended that all golfers wear golf attire including collared golf shirts, shorts, pants,
skirts/skorts, outerwear, and appropriate shoes. All golf courses are equipped with clothing, shoes, hats
and more to help outfit your golf games. For help, inquire at the golf shop for tips and pricing.
Who do I contact for general questions about the JC 20/30 Club?

I am 16 with a valid driver’s license. Am I able to operate a golf cart by myself as long as I have that valid driver’s license?
Yes, please present your valid driver’s license to the golf shop staff at check-in to receive a cart. A cart
waiver is required to be signed by a parent or guardian.
What is the minimum age to be a JC Junior cardholder?
The card is available to children ages 6 through 19. Ages 6-11 must be supervised by an adult at all
times, including all practice areas. A minimum of one adult per three children is required. Children ages
5 or younger are not allowed on the golf course.
What is the process for booking a tee time?
On the day of play, call the golf shop or speak with the golf shop staff about available tee times. Tee
times will be granted based on space available.
When can we book a tee time?
Playing privileges at the JC Junior Rate is on a space-available basis (a) at all JC Golf courses Monday
through Friday, and (b) at JC Golf championship courses on weekends and designated holidays after 1
p.m.
For tee times before 1 pm on weekends, the junior will pay the Public Junior Rate.
Is tee time availability guaranteed for JC Juniors?
No, tee time availability is not guaranteed and based on availability.
Are carts included in the rate?
The JC Junior rate does not include the golf cart fee. Juniors must pay the applicable cart fee when
riding. A valid driver’s license is required to operate a motorized golf cart.
For The Crossings at Carlsbad and Glen Ivy Golf Club, a cart is required.
Are the JC Junior rates available on JC Golf holidays?
No, JC Junior rates are not valid on JC Golf designated holidays or for group or tournament play. Holiday
rates will apply for certain designated JC Golf holidays as published at www.jcgolf.com. These dates are
subject to change during the membership year, with or without prior notice.
Can we apply the JC Junior rate to a tee time I booked in advance for my son and I to play together?
JC Junior rate does not apply to pre-booked tee times.
Where is the card valid?
The JC Junior rate is valid at participating courses: Cross Creek Golf Club, The Crossings at Carlsbad*, Dos
Osos Golf Club, Encinitas Ranch, Glen Ivy Golf Club*, Oaks North, Rancho Bernardo Inn, The Golf Club of
California, Twin Oaks, and The Welk (Oaks and Fountains courses).
*For play at The Crossings at Carlsbad and Glen Ivy Golf Club, a golf cart is required for an additional fee.
